Each year we send home paperwork that must be completed annually. The students are given the packet but in case a page or two (or the packet) is lost there is a link below to print the documents.
Annual Notice to Parents (PAN)
Each year this document is sent home to families during the first weeks of school regarding the rights of the parent or guardian. Copies of the document (both English and Spanish) are linked below.
Families can register online (https://ca-aesd.edupoint.com/PXP2_OEN_Login.aspx) or there is a link below is the registration paperwork if you prefer printed documents. For TK and Kindergarten students, please remember to bring in a copy of your child's birth certificate and record of immunizations to register.
An approved Inter-District Transfer (IDT) from your District of Residence (DOR) in order to continue your child’s enrollment at Arcata Elementary School for the 2021-2022 school year. This procedure is a countywide requirement that needs to be completed by FEBRUARY 1, 2021 for the 2021-2022 school year.
