Each year we send home paperwork that must be completed annually. The students are given the packet but in case a page or two (or the packet) is lost there is a link below to print the documents.
Registration Paperwork
The link below is the registration paperwork if you need to enroll your child. For TK and Kindergarten students, please remember to bring in a copy of your child's birth certificate and record of immunizations to register.
Inter-District Transfers
An approved Inter-District Transfer (IDT) from your District of Residence (DOR) in order to continue your child’s enrollment at Arcata Elementary School for the 2019-2020 school year. This procedure is a countywide requirement that needs to be completed by FEBRUARY 1, 2019 for the 2019-2020 school year.
